Jacqueline’s current teaching schedule:

Yoga classes

Our time together will begin with a gentle warm-up session, and move into a flowing Yoga (Vinyasa) the Yang practice to generate heat (HA-sun) in the body which: removes toxins, builds strength, stamina, flexibility, instills calmness of mind, and agility.

Finishing with a cooling of the body in the Yin practice (THA-moon) , allowing for the Nadis (channels in the body that carry prana)  to flow from deep within the body, encouraging the movement of Prana (life energy).

Ending with a relaxation meditation or body scan and enveloping Savasana (relaxation) pose. The class will focus on staying in the Now by utilizing our ever-present anchor in life, the breath.  Yoking the movements of the body and mind with the breath, leaving you with a feeling of balance and clarity.


Lafayette Insight Meditation Community

I teach Insight Meditation and Mindful Yoga movement classes Monday evenings each month.  

7-8:30pm held at the Unitarian Universalist Church, West Lafayette, Indiana (Purdue University campus).  Emails will be sent each month with teaching schedule and posted on the meet up site.
